Eager for the New Year?

To say 2020 was a challenge would be an understatement.

Personally and professionally, 2020 has been the most challenging year of my life. Yet, despite all, I am filled with gratitude for the good that I have been given.

First, we are honored with a customer base that persevered and kept busy throughout the challenges of the pandemic. Furthermore, we have a dedicated client carrier network that never fails to serve our customers.

Hats off and a huge thank you to the truck drivers of America, especially in the mid-atlantic and northeast. Even though there were so many uncertainties, these drivers continued to show up, work hard, deliver food, drinks, and the items we all needed as we sheltered in place.

I am grateful for my wife and family. While it’s easy, and often tempting, to lash out at the ones we are closest to, through the chaos of pandemics, riots, and uncertain political times, I’ve realized the beautiful foundation I have in faith and family. That is most important and I am so thankful.

I am also thankful to have the best admin, Stacy Degler. She keeps me focused and makes sure our clients and customers’ needs are being met.

Just because we are entering a new year does not mean that the challenges faced in 2020 will dissipate. Instead, I hope that we take the good that we’ve been given, and resolve to always be kind and generous to one another.

Lastly, I  hope we embrace the founding principles of our great nation.  May we remember that our nation creates the opportunity for success to those who are willing to work hard, persevere, and always cling to the good in life.

My 2021 wish is peace, prosperity, and good health to all!

Be well,
Big Ed
